What Our Recommendations Look Like
We provide you a customized recommendations report based on what you shared as your concerns and priorities for your move, things like housing costs, language, climate, LGBTQ+, religious communities, schools, specialized healthcare, etc. This document is in addition to email communications. Spain Discovery Consultation
Meet Jeffrey Jones
In our Initial Spain Discovery Consultation, you’ll meet Jeffrey Jones, our Spain lead, and start a conversation about your goals in moving, what you’re looking for in a new Spanish home, if you’ve narrowed down location, and then other detail considerations where timing is everything! You might not even be sold on Spain, or you might know exactly what you want and need help with details. We help with all situations! Jeffrey is an American expat who moved to Spain in 2024 after years of research. He purchased a home near Barcelona and manages his own businesses remotely, while also navigating Spanish taxes, healthcare, and all life factors in Spain.
Our goal is for you to succeed in Spain. You might only need the initial consultation, but if you need continued support, we’ll be available to help with reasonable hourly and flat rates for support.
What’s Included
- Up to a 45-minute private video call at kickoff with your consultant
- Follow-up email with personalized recommendations, resources and links
- An optional, 15-minute follow-up call if that helps clarify the recommendations
- Referrals and recommendations to vetted Spain-based professionals in your area of need (legal, banking, real estate, and more)
Beyond Your Initial Consultation
Ongoing support is available beyond this introductory session, up through your move and after you’ve landed. Think of it as someone in your corner, a personal Spain assistant helping you think through everything and following up on tasks locally. For your local visits to Spain, we also offer concierge-style support so you can experience Spain firsthand without stressing about the small travel details, giving you more clarity to focus on what daily life will actually be like in your new country. We can also curate the experience for you.
